Questions brands ask
Can I book and pay online right away?
Not on your own. Tell us what you want to promote and where; our team sends a written quote. You review and accept it in the brand portal, and only then is anything booked.
How long does a quote hold my spots?
A sent quote holds the spots it lists for 3 days. After that the spots go back on sale and we can send you a fresh quote. Campaigns can start 2 days after booking at the earliest, so there is time to review creatives.
How do I pay?
Once you accept a quote we issue a GST invoice (GST at 18%). Your brand admin can pay it with a secure Razorpay payment link from the portal, or pay by bank transfer and share the reference with us.
Who makes the creatives?
You can upload your own images (PNG, JPG or WebP) in the brand portal. Every creative is reviewed by Kuicko before it goes live, and if something needs changing we tell you why.
What do the reports show?
For in-app placements you see impressions, clicks, add-to-carts and click-through rate, day by day, in the brand portal. Orders and revenue from an ad are not tracked yet.
Can my team use the portal too?
Yes. Your brand admin invites colleagues by phone number as Admin, Marketing or Viewer. Agencies working for several brands pick the brand after signing in.
